The whole farming activity is an in-land circulating system with sustainability. The water, from nearby river with seawater, is circulated, filtrated, and recycled all inside the system. The non-used water on farmland even becomes wetland for wild animals.
During the growing season, Texas Parks & Wildlife take many shrimp and water samples to ensure the good shrimp health and water quality. The farming activity is also regulated by USDA, EPA and FDA.
